In this role you will be: 

  • Reporting to the Americas’ Finance Analyst and this role will be responsible for the creation, submission and problem-solving of business expenses using SAP Concur on behalf of the Americas’ business.
  • The Concur Specialist will partner with the business to ensure Concur expenses are completed in line with Linesight’s expense policy and in a timely manner.
  • Process monthly expenses in SAP Concur on behalf of corporate credit card holders in the Americas’ business by creating and submitting expense claims
  • Ensure expenses are submitted by monthly deadlines on behalf of corporate credit card holders.
  • Provide a weekly update to Finance Director/Finance Analyst on progress of Concur processing.
  • Communicate with Finance Director/Finance Analyst when issues arise.
  • Reach out to corporate credit card holders when receipts are missing or inadequate support documents are submitted.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Having 1-3 years’ experience in T&E, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience using SAP Concur, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficient use of applicable technology (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Ability to work independently and to be an effective team member.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail  with highly organised with structured record keeping skills
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing  
  • Thrive on building strong relationships at all levels through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
