In this role you will: 

  • Assist the Project Controls Lead in the completion of all activities under the Cost Management and Project Controls function including but not limited to:
    • Cost Reporting
    • Cash Flow Forecasting
    • Accruals Management
    • Change Management
    • Owner’s Direct Costs Management
    • Client Project Team Resources Cost Management
    • Trade Partner Payment Application Evaluations and Assessments
    • Laboratory and Warehouse Equipment Budget Management
    • EPCM Professional Services Invoicing Evaluations
  • Work on a mixed portfolio of site infrastructure projects including a new green field four storey laboratory building, new warehouse buildings and other site infrastructural projects within a pharmaceutical client campus in Dublin.
  • Work alongside and support the client project management and global procurement teams across all projects.
  • Assist with resolving any commercial, change order and/or contract issues in a timely and fair manner.
  • Create budget estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
  • Assist in the preparation and agreement of trade partner final accounts, including the handling and settlement of any trade partner construction disputes/loss and expense commercial claims.
  • Actively participate in the tender/bid process on trade partner contract packages -from initial tender/bid documentation through to final analysis and recommendations.

  • Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects 
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline
