In this role you will:

  • Assist with global project setup and maintenance which is used to drive billing
  • Manage revenue and billing events for multiple types of engagement  
  • Support Invoice generation and delivery to clients for multiple types of engagement
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to help manage project detail to ensure accurate and timely cost imports from timesheets to projects which will facilitate both revenue recognition and invoice generation
  • Have potential to gain exposure across multiple sectors
  • Generate project level reporting
  • Support and monitor client invoice completions as well as collections
  • Support the bank reconciliation process as it relates to Accounts Receivable
  • Support month end close processes   

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in either Accounts Receivable and / or Project Accounting
  • Possess experience in an international organisation 
  • Can show past ability to deal with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
  • Enjoy building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on agility and velocity
  • Have knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
