In this role you will:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, managing major milestones such as Early Access and Beneficial Use.
  • Review engineering documentation and designs, identifying and mitigating risks and gaps.
  • Manage the installation and commissioning of hardware and technologies to ensure they meet data center specifications and operational requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for data center IT infrastructure, providing strategic guidance on hardware deployment and operational processes.
  • Track and coordinate project schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple sites, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Consolidate project closeout documentation to meet client expectations and secure project approvals.
  • Collaborate with design and contracting teams for feasibility and constructability reviews, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in the project handover process, ensuring all documentation is completed and standards are met.
  • Identify and manage project scopes, timelines, and interdependencies to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Ensure contractors implement and monitor exemplary safety practices and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and deliver all integration and technical infrastructure scopes, maintaining alignment with client budgets and timelines.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in IT, project management, or construction disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of data center operations, hardware solutions, and infrastructure design, with 8-10 years of experience managing integration scopes, including 3-5 years focused on data center projects.
  • Comfortable travelling across to multiple sites in Johor.
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
