In this role you will:

  • Assist the travel team for expense coding on SAP Concur.
  • Assist the travel team for bookings when required.
  • Assist the operations team for ISO / Compliance / Process flowcharts requirements.
  • Prepare Adhoc reports in Excel for travels / expense management.
  • Any additional administration activities as identified by the operations team.

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a degree in Business or related discipline with 1-2 years similar work experience.
  • Hold strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to communicate with senior managers and key stakeholders.
  • Hold excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office products with good command in Excel formulae, graphs, and calculations
  • Experienced in Microsoft Visio for preparing processes.
  • Experienced in SharePoint for maintaining document folders with versions and revisions.
  • Enjoy partnering with teams to understand business needs, manage multiple stakeholder requirements, and set expectations.
