With rapid growth plans underway across Europe, we have German offices in Frankfurt and Berlin, and a third opening in Munich this year.

We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.

 

As a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.


In this role you will: 

  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have very good Mechanical and Electrical or CSA knowledge
  • Have experience managing Data Centres projects of at least 1MW
  • Have a driving licence and vehicle (Essential for this position)
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
  • Are currently living or looking to move to Germany (German market knowledge is an advantage)
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing in English (essential) German is an advantage
