The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and within the Talent Acquisition team. This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities but also closely work together with recruiters, hiring managers, other members of the Talent Acquisition & wider HR department.In the role you will be responsible for building talent pipelines across the Americas, promoting employer brand, DE&I and maintaining candidate databases. The main objective is to identify and attract qualified candidates. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in identifying our hiring needs and ensuring our vacancies are filled with exceptional candidates who align with our organization’s vision and goals.

 

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for actively searching & engaging with passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms and Boolean searches to cultivate talent pipelines for current & future hiring requirements
  • Build talent pipelines across the Americas for hard-to-find skills, niche, and high demand roles
  • Coordinate with senior Talent Acquisition partners & hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Capture and share key market intelligence, and provide market insights to the business, HR & TA Leaders
  • Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company’s talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage analytics and reporting, keeping track of metrics such as conversion rates (how many candidates that got in via what channel converted into hires, etc.), how many passive candidates turned into applicants, how many sourced candidates got to the interview stage, and so on
  • Manage your use of recruitment tech & tools including working with programmatic job advertising to make sure your job ads get in front of the right people, candidate sourcing software, and navigating the internal ATS
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers & business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview, and process best practices
  • Influence business decisions & recruitment practices by utilising your market expertise & leveraging data

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have strong networking abilities, a knack for sourcing on social media platforms, and a passion for exploring various roles
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, recruiting on multiple platforms, and crafting Boolean search strings
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Experience of interpreting data to make it usable and relevant & understanding of compliance in Talent Acquisition and basic knowledge of recruiting laws
  • Experience of pre-screening and assessment
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
