North Dock wins at 2021 RIAI Awards

North Dock has topped the ‘Workplace and Fit-Out category’ at the 2021 RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland) Awards. The 200,000sq.ft. of Grade A office space, located immediately beside the 3 Arena in Dublin’s Docklands took the honours in what is a very competitive category. Linesight provided Cost and Project Management services on the project, which was completed in 2020. The project achieved BER A3 and LEED Gold V4 accreditation, and is also the city’s first Grade-A office building to achieve NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building)
