76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay is a prestigious mixed-use, waterfront development in the heart of Dublin Docklands, with 100,000 sq.ft of Grade A commercial office space, 72 premium, A-rated apartments over eleven floors. 

Linesight provided full Cost and Project Management services for the development of this premium site which included the demolition of an existing warehouse and associated structures, prior to development.

This extensive mixed-use development includes: 100,000 sq.m of grade A offices, 72 A-rated apartments over 11 storeys, 203 sq.m café/retail unit, ESB substation, basement car parking and bicycle spaces, changing and shower area, services and plant and landscaping including a new communal courtyard, public plaza and portion of Chocolate Park public open space. 

Sustainability was a key element of the development which has achieved a BER A3 and LEED Gold rating. The building construction and its associated mechanical and electrical systems have been designed to be cost efficient, flexible and energy efficient to meet and exceed the current building regulations and standards.
