Willis Towers Watson Ross Tower

The Willis Towers Watson office in Dallas is the culmination of a significant office consolidation project, succesfully completed in 2020. The multinational company wanted to consolidate its existing three North Texas offices into one centrally located office space in the Ross Tower in downtown Dallas. Linesight helped materialize their vision of a collaborative workspace that fosters innovation, forward thinking business solutions, and unparalleled service.

Linesight provided program management, project management, and cost management services for this 72,000 sq. ft. renovation across the top three floors (floors 43-45) of the Ross Tower in downtown Dallas. This project involved consolidating three office locations into a unified Class A space, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Linesight served as strategic advisor to the project team through the design, construction, and project close-out phases to ensure it was delivered on time and within budget.

• Linesight completed the project within an accelerated schedule following extensive reviews with the contractor and design team 
• The extra time spent developing mock-ups and first-work inspections for all finishes, low voltage systems, and MEP systems was paramount to the project’s success, helping achieve significant savings 
• Innovative tools were used throughout the project, such as laser scanning equipment, measurement tools for off-site construction, and modern lifting equipment for the atrium, helping speed up the manufacturing process and allowing us to complete the work within shortened timeframes
