As investment in AI and cloud infrastructure accelerates, the scale and complexity of programs across the US continues to grow, and our teams at Linesight are integral to supporting this.
We have helped deliver more than 215 data centers across the US, representing 9,911MW of critical power. Our teams are embedded from coast-to-coast, ensuring seamless execution and measurable value at every stage of the project lifecycle. This momentum is driving new opportunities for experienced Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors Risk Managers, Schedulers, and Estimators who want to shape the next generation of data center delivery.
We are building teams that combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative, client focused approach. If you want to work on programmes that set industry benchmarks, contribute to major capital portfolios, and be part of a growing regional team, we would like to hear from you.
Texas continues to attract major investment across data centers, life sciences, commercial development, and advanced manufacturing, creating strong demand for high-quality project and cost management expertise. Our office on McKinney Avenue sits at the center of this momentum. It gives our teams a base in one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country, supported by a thriving economy and strong infrastructure.
The recent refurbishment of our Dallas office has created a modern, collaborative space designed to support the needs of a growing team. The original 4,000 ft² workspace, opened in 2020, has been fully remodelled to enhance meeting spaces, improve day-to-day usability, and provide an environment that enables strong project delivery. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to the Texas market, and ensures that our people have a welcoming, high-quality workplace that supports both focus and collaboration.
Life in Dallas offers clear advantages for professionals relocating or building their careers here. Texas has no state income tax, and the cost of living in Dallas remains below the national average, with more affordable housing options than many comparable US cities. The region offers strong education options, mild winters, and a diverse cultural scene, making it an attractive setting for both career development and family life. These benefits, combined with the city’s economic strength, make Dallas a compelling home base for ambitious construction and project controls professionals.
A strong sense of teamwork, learning, and support runs through our Dallas office culture. As Scheduler JeeHee Cho reflects, “I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and I’ve met many inspiring individuals who have since become my mentors.”
This culture of openness and shared expertise is central to how we work, helping new joiners feel supported and enabling experienced team members to grow their impact across high-profile projects in the region.

For the teams working here, Milwaukee, Racine and surrounding areas, and even Chicago are all viable bases.
Milwaukee offers real quality of life on the lakefront.
The city blends a relaxed waterfront lifestyle with a strong cultural scene, from the iconic Milwaukee Art Museum to neighbourhood galleries and year-round events in the Historic Third Ward. It is also home to Summerfest, widely known as the world’s largest music festival, which brings hundreds of artists and a major buzz to the city each summer. There are beaches and lakefront parks within minutes of downtown, and the Oak Leaf Trail offers 135+ miles of paved routes linking the waterfront with parks and neighbourhoods for running, cycling and weekend exploring. Lakeshore State Park and Veterans Park add more green space in the city, with skyline views and easy access to the water.
Racine similarly offers a welcoming lakeside lifestyle with a strong sense of community. Just 60 miles north of Chicago, the city sits on the shores of Lake Michigan, giving you easy access to beaches, marinas and waterfront parks that make everyday life feel relaxed and open. Its walkable downtown has independent shops,; local restaurants and a growing arts scene centred around the Racine Art Museum and community galleries. You can enjoy miles of shoreline for running, cycling and weekend exploring, with North Beach as a major draw for swimming and summer events. The cost of living is lower than in many nearby cities, and the location offers straightforward links to both Milwaukee and Chicago, making it a practical base for work while keeping the benefits of a quieter coastal setting.
