In this role you will:  

  • Track and manage project purchase order status and ensure the business is requesting renewals well ahead of expiry
  • Analyse weekly timesheets on multiple projects and preparation and submissions for client approval.
  • Analyse monthly expenses on multiple projects to determine correct amounts to invoice to clients
  • Preparation of Monthly Payment applications based on approved timesheets.
  • Ensure correct rates are used in all billings and identify opportunities for rate changes and increases
  • Ensure no build-up of work in progress on projects or accounts
  • Ensure timely follow up with clients on unpaid balances exceeding agreed credit terms
  • Perform commercial analysis as directed
  • Produce initial fee proposals and analysis of margins and job profitability before submission to fee committees.
  • Ensure all rates and proposals in line with terms of Master Service Agreements
  • Ensure contractual documents and proposals correctly set up with correct legal entity details and bank account details.
  • Analysis of Sub-contractor / Agency invoices
  • Advise on debtor issues and determine best course for cash recovery.
  • Identify trends on customer profiles and feed back to account lead for communication at quarterly client reviews.
  • Manage and maintain linesight entities within client portals

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have 8+ years experience in similar role
  • Have previous accounts receivables experience an advantage
  • Have knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standard or are a part qualified accountant
  • Are experienced with MS Suite plus Accounts package 
  • Have experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines 
  • Are highly organised with structured record keeping and strong attention to detail 
  • Are results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills
