In this role you will:

  • Support risk management team in developing comprehensive QRA reports for complex construction projects.
  • Develop schedule models for QSRA.
  • Actively participate in the controlling, monitoring, and analysis of performance and risk on complex projects 
  • Oversee project risk, analyse the risk impact on Project cost & timeline for early mitigation plan. 
  • Develop Project control plan, WBS and Schedule for new projects when required.
  • Help oversee project status by setting baseline targets; tracking progress and performance creating and using insight to recommend early preventative and remedial actions. 
  • Understand risk assessment methodologies used within the construction industry, cost and schedule risk analysis
  • Maintain and monitor project delivery risks and opportunities.
  • Track risk mitigation actions to ensure these are completed in line with the proposed timescales.
  • Develop risk management reports from inputs from the risk specialists.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to Scheduling and risk management in the construction sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative thinking and fast to adapt new developments in the market.
  • Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.
  • Keen to learn new skills and knowledge for personal and business need.

 We would love to hear from you if you:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Project control, Planning, Scheduling, Budget & Cash flow in construction.
  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Masters in Pharma.
  • Professional certifications in project Management or risk management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, IRM-Cert, etc)
  • Knowledge in Safran, Power BI an added advantage
  • Have a strong desire to progress your career within Scheduling and risk management in the Construction industry 
  • Experience in the construction industry or project environment and underlying risk management principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and good IT skills including, Microsoft Office package, Primavera P6 and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strive to work in a team supporting clients on complex, large-scale construction projects
