Associate, Cost Management

As Associate (Cost Management) you will be involved in:
- Playing a leading role in a commercial and residential cost management team, ensuring that you deliver a high-quality service to our clients (Pre Contract and Post Contract).
- Reviewing and signing off on service deliverables prior to issuance to clients & maintain a high level of quality control.
- Attending client facing meetings including managing & maintaining strong client relationships.
- Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities
- Staff management – inputting into the forma mentoring and management of staff
- Managing the delivery of cost management outputs in line with agreed timeline, quality, expectations and client requirements.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have strong cost management experience in a dynamic environment
- Have 7+ years pre and post contract experience in the relevant sectors
- Have the required competency to attend client facing and commercial meetings.
- Have the required competency to mentor junior staff members.
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
- Are chartered and ideally a member of the SCSI/ RICS
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
