Our German team of highly skilled experts work in exciting, innovative sectors, delivering major projects that have a meaningful impact in the advancement of new technologies, improving healthcare services, and contributing to the development of a more sustainable built environment. With rapid growth plans underway across Europe, we have German offices in Frankfurt and Berlin, and a third opening in Munich this year.

We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. 

 

As a Project Controls Associate Director at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.


In this role you will: 

  • Act as the key account manager in the life sciences team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust 
  • Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership 
  • Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
  • Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
  • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
  • Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
  • Have experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Heavy industrial, Data centres or Oil & Gas
  • Have the right to work in Germany
  • Have knowledge or experience within the German market
  • Are able to effectively communicate in German, both orally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
