In this role you will: 

 

  • Serve as the on-site lead for all change management activities, ensuring alignment between the client, consultant, and contractor teams.

  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive change management strategy to track, assess, and resolve change requests across all phases of the project.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve project changes in a timely manner.

  • Lead and actively participate in key meetings, assessing the impact of proposed changes and collaborating on solutions.

  • Enforce project change procedures and ensure consistent adherence across all parties.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and impacts associated with change activities, developing mitigation plans where required.

  • Report regularly on the status of change management activities, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are kept fully informed.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

 

  • Have experience managing change activities on large scale Pharmaceutical construction projects or similar
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.  We can help 
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, engineering or construction discipline 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun  

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
