Change Management Lead

In this role you will:
Serve as the on-site lead for all change management activities, ensuring alignment between the client, consultant, and contractor teams.
Implement and oversee a comprehensive change management strategy to track, assess, and resolve change requests across all phases of the project.
Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve project changes in a timely manner.
Lead and actively participate in key meetings, assessing the impact of proposed changes and collaborating on solutions.
Enforce project change procedures and ensure consistent adherence across all parties.
Monitor risks, issues, and impacts associated with change activities, developing mitigation plans where required.
Report regularly on the status of change management activities, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are kept fully informed.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience managing change activities on large scale Pharmaceutical construction projects or similar
- Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, engineering or construction discipline
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
