In this role you will: 

  • Support the delivery of construction projects across various stages, contributing to planning, coordination, execution, and completion activities as required.
  • Assist in managing schedules, budgets, risks, procurement needs, and overall resource coordination appropriate to the project phase.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to maintain alignment, resolve issues early, and help ensure scope, quality, and safety objectives are met.
  • Act as a central communication point for the client and project stakeholders, providing clear updates and supporting effective, timely decision‑making.
  • Build strong working relationships across engineering, design, procurement, construction, validation, and regulatory teams to support smooth project progression.
  • Contribute to the review of design information, technical submissions, validation requirements (e.g., cGMP for pharma or redundancy needs for data centers), and change requests.
  • Support tendering activities, document evaluation, negotiation discussions, and contract administration where required.
  • Assist in reviewing contractor progress updates, claims, variations, and commercial implications using sound cost‑management principles.
  • Help ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, sector‑specific requirements, and commissioning expectations.
  • Attend site as needed to monitor progress, safety practices, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate snagging, issue resolution, and close‑out activities depending on the stage of involvement.
  • Prepare or contribute to reports, dashboards, risk logs, and change trackers to support visibility and informed decision‑making.
  • Apply project procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within a consulting or client‑side environment. Proven track record managing large‑scale projects (commercial, industrial, manufacturing, tech, etc.), and strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and project delivery best practices.
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking oneWe can help.
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

 

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
