In this role you will:
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Work with Senior team members in preparing reports which inform operational and business decision making.
- Support in preparing regular reports on project financials, including budget status, cost forecasts, and expenditure summaries.
- Reviewing and verifying contractor invoices for accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Processing invoices promptly and tracking payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Supporting the Client construction PM team on projects using the SAP based CPM System (Construction Project Management) including raising Change Orders & Purchase orders and assisting in the storage and management of supporting documentation.
- Assisting in Project closeout and settlement of WBS’s
- Work Request tracking, approval, budget management and closeout of projects
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in financial reporting and tracking
- The ability to interpret financial data and provide reports which assist in making informed decisions.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction cost reporting, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Have experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Experience in construction projects or a similar role is a plus.
- Have advanced skills with MS Excel , Power BI, MS Teams, Ecosys.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Be detail oriented mindset.
