In this role you will work on complex construction projects with multiple client interfaces.  The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing costs, budgets, invoices, and financial close out for construction projects.

This role is a member of the team providing CEA service to the client including partnering with members of the client project team to manage project cost controls/reporting.

Team deliverables include Developing daily cost reporting including commits/ spends approval and tracking.

  • Develop and lead monthly project forecasting and reporting.
  • Enforcing project controls.
  • Driving process improvements.
  • Presenting financial updates to project/senior management.
  • Influencing cost reduction cash savings opportunities using financial analysis skills

In this role you will:

  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Work with Senior team members in preparing reports which inform operational and business decision making.
  • Support in preparing regular reports on project financials, including budget status, cost forecasts, and expenditure summaries.
  • Reviewing and verifying contractor invoices for accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Processing invoices promptly and tracking payments to contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting the Client construction PM team on  projects using the SAP based CPM System (Construction Project Management) including raising Change Orders & Purchase orders and assisting in the storage and management  of supporting documentation.
  • Assisting in Project closeout and settlement of WBS’s
  • Work Request tracking, approval, budget management and closeout of projects

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in financial reporting and tracking  
  • The ability to interpret financial data and provide reports which assist in making informed decisions. 
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction cost reporting, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in construction projects or a similar role is a plus.
  • Have advanced skills with MS Excel , Power BI, MS Teams, Ecosys.
  • Fluent in English and German or Polish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Be detail oriented mindset.
