The opportunity

As Director, you will lead highly experienced teams & be responsible for managing all aspects of client development & oversight of large-scale data centre projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, growth, team leadership, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsible for managing pre-construction, construction, and project close-out phases. Key tasks include team allocation, project analysis, vendor selection, budget and schedule management, and client relations. The role involves overseeing construction documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, managing change requests, and ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion. Leads and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, diversity, and a positive work environment. Responsibilities include setting goals, managing performance, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts. They motivate the team, track progress, and provide growth opportunities to achieve project success and team development.

 

Job Requirements: Associate’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Mgmt./foreign equiv. + 12 mths exp in Position/Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Cost Mgr.

 

Work Location: 355 Lexington Ave, Fl. 18, New York, NY 10017.

 

Salary: $230,000.00/yr.
