Assist in creating reports and technical documents for a live data centre construction project
Enter accurate meta-data into electronic records to ensure efficient search and retrieval
Implement and maintain trackers to monitor close-out of contractor, consultant and proprietor actions
Manage and control the circulation of design, construction and handover documentation
Set up, maintain and continuously improve the project document management system
Support the quality and document control team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met
Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and project databases
Work closely with site teams to ensure documentation is current, compliant and accurately issued
Have experience in a similar Document Controller or project document management role within construction
Have site-based construction experience, ideally on large or complex projects such as data centres
Have strong working knowledge of Procore (essential), with experience using platforms such as Aconex and SharePoint highly desirable
Enjoy managing large volumes of technical and project information in a structured, controlled environment
Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong attention to detail
Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and confident working with multi-disciplinary site and client teams
Thrive on building strong working relationships through collaboration, professionalism and a proactive approach
This role is hybrid, with a requirement to be on site in London three days per week
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required
