As a Graduate Construction Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:  

  • Join one of Sweden team in Stockholm and gain hands-on experience working in exciting, innovative sectors with some of the world’s most prestigious companies 
  • Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting 
  • Attend site meetings & design team meetings 
  • Gain knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing 
  • Help oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team 
  • Learn more about bill of quantities and sub-contract packages 
  • Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication 
  • Engage in a range of learning and fun events that will help you connect with other disciplines within the organisation, build a network and make some friends! 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have ideally completed a Bachelors or higher qualification  in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics or Construciton Management or Other relevant construcition related qualification.   
  • Have a strong desire to progress your career within Cost Management in the Construction industry 
  • Have lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and grow your career 
  • Strive to work in a team supporting clients on complex, large-scale construction projects 
  • Have the legal right to work in Sweden and speak English fluently, Swedish languate is an advantage
