  • Coordinating technical infrastructure scope across multiple project phases, ensuring activities remain aligned to programme milestones and operational requirements
  • Managing interfaces between internal teams, consultants, contractors, specialists, and client stakeholders to maintain clarity, accountability, and delivery momentum
  • Monitoring progress across key project packages and ensuring dependencies are understood and proactively managed
  • Maintaining core project controls such as risk registers, change logs, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Providing regular project updates on schedule, quality, readiness, and delivery risks to support informed decision-making

  • Supporting commissioning, transition, and handover activities, ensuring all required documentation and close-out deliverables are completed to a high standard
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities to improve delivery across future projects
  • Leading post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to strengthen project performance and team effectiveness

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience in project management within data centres, mission-critical facilities, or other highly technical construction environments
  • Have strong understanding of technical infrastructure delivery, systems integration, and project handover requirements
  • Have experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary workstreams across design, construction, testing, and close-out phases
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, ideally in Chinese and English
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
