Intern / Graduate Cost Manager

In this role you will:
- Join one of our global teams and gain hands-on experience working in exciting, innovative sectors with some of the world’s most prestigious companies
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
- Attend site meetings and design team meetings
- Gain knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing
- Help oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
- Learn more about bill of quantities and sub-contract packages
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
- Engage in a range of learning and fun events that will help you connect with other disciplines within the organisation, build a network and make some friends!
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree related to construction management, project management or other related discipline
- Have a strong desire to progress your career within the Construction industry
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
- Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
- Do not require visa sponsorship to work in Australia
