In this role you will:  

  • Support the Head of Marketing Europe and the business to generate and deliver the European marketing strategy. 
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to inform content strategy and campaign planning. 
  • Manage content development to create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various digital and print platforms, including websites, reports, social media, email campaigns, brochures, case studies and online publications. 
  • Coordinate content delivery, strategically distribute content across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging. 
  • Effective campaign management plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to promote presence, sectors and services in key locations. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. 
  • Create visually appealing content, independently and with graphic designers to produce compelling visuals that enhance the overall message. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, graphics, digital, employer brand and external suppliers, to ensure cohesive delivery of marketing strategies. 
  • Coordinate with PR agencies and regional leadership team to deliver appropriate media coverage. 
  • Be responsible for management of status reports, PR reports and meeting minutes. 
  • Identify relevant events, and manage third party events calendar  
  • Manage event pre-planning, logistics, and post-event reporting for Linesight hosted and sponsored events in Europe. 

 

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a construction or real estate organisation 
  • Have a relevant 3rd level qualification in marketing, social sciences or business discipline 
  • Are fluent in English with excellent writing skills for various channels – website, reports, social platforms  
  • Have experience of campaign management development and implementation 
  • Have experience in the use of online publishing tools, such as Foleon or other marketing communications systems. 
  • Have excellent attention to detail. 
  • Experience working with PR and media relations  
  • Experience in Adobe softwares such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or premiere Pro  
  • Are highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Are a skilled communicator and have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a fast paced environment. 
  • Are keen to progress your career
