As a Mechanical Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical systems installation and commissioning on a major commercial construction site in Belgium. This includes HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where learning and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

What you will do:

  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all mechanical operations.
  • Commissioning Support: Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in mechanical construction leadership on large commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with Belgian building codes and mechanical regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Safety certifications (e.g., VCA, OSHA) preferred.
