Power Utilities Construction Project Manager - Data Centre

In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day construction activities across large-scale projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations
Monitor site progress and proactively manage information flow between all stakeholders
Track and resolve issues related to progress, safety, and quality, escalating where necessary
Assist with project handover and close-out, ensuring all documentation and client expectations are met
Be a visible presence on site, promoting safe work practices and high standards of execution
Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams, managing schedules and partner engagement
Identify and address potential issues before they impact delivery, working with teams to develop effective solutions
Support the implementation of project processes, helping drive improvements and compliance across the board
Lead and participate in key progress meetings, providing clear updates and supporting collaborative decision-making
Review proposed variations and assess any delays to the works, feeding into programme and budget planning
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have experience delivering or supporting the management of construction projects, ideally in a client-side or consultancy environment
Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience
Are pursuing or hold a project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) – we can support your development

Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and face-to-face
