Project Administrator

In this role you will:
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions to support effective project delivery.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, technical documentation, and performance updates.
- Maintain and control project information, including RFIs, submittals, change records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Establish and manage document control systems, procedures, registers, trackers, and databases to ensure accurate record keeping and efficient information retrieval.
- Monitor project actions and close-out activities, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and quality/document control activities to meet project objectives.
- Ensure all project records are accurately updated, archived, and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have 3-7 years of experience in a similar project administration or document control role within a construction environment
- Have experience in Sharepoint and MS Office which are critical for this role
- Enjoy managing a large range of information, and supporting stakeholders
- Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Comfortable to work in Taoyuan City
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, in both Mandarin and English
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
