Project Controls Assistant

In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive reports, and project performance reporting solutions.
- Support project controls functions including cost management, schedule management, risk management, procurement tracking, and change management reporting.
- Perform project performance analysis, variance reporting, and trend assessments to identify project risks and opportunities.
- Assist with Primavera P6 schedule updates, milestone tracking, schedule governance, and progress reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to create accurate executive and project status reports.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and data quality initiatives to enhance project controls effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable project insights.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BSc, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Have 2+ years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, Planning, Cost Control, Project & Data Analytics, or related project environments.
- Possess strong knowledge of project controls processes including cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and change management.
- Have experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio as well as other programs such as SQL, C programming, Data Studio, etc.) as well as advanced Excel skills
- Have demonstrated experience creating executive dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven insights.
- Have exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
