Project Manager (Automation Equipment)

In this role you will:
- Manage construction and automated‑equipment project delivery
- Coordinate daily site activities, safety, progress, and issue resolution
- Lead handover documentation and ensure project requirements are met
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams on snagging and key milestones
- Support FAT/SAT, qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/CSV), and GMP‑related requirements
- Oversee autonomous material‑handling systems (AS/RS, AGVs, robotics, IoT integrations)
- Develop maintenance plans for automated and material‑handling equipment
- Drive SHE risk identification and improvement initiatives
- Prepare project reports, work instructions, and cross‑functional updates
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Experience in project management, ideally within construction or automated systems
- Strong coordination and communication (both in English and Chinese) skills
- Ability to lead onsite activities and collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with GMP, SHE, and warehouse/automation technologies is a plus
- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
