The opportunity

As a CSA Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Manage large-scale data centre early works packages, including site establishment, enabling works and earthmoving activities, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities during early works phases, including temporary works, bulk earthworks, drainage, attenuation, ground improvement, utilities diversions and logistics set-up

  • Monitor progress, quality and safety performance across early works, managing the flow of information and reporting, and tracking and resolving issues arising from earthworks and site set-up activities

  • Support the development and execution of the transition from early works into the main data centre construction phase, ensuring surveys, as-built information, permits and documentation are completed accurately and on time

  • Act as a visible leader on site during early works, assessing progress, coordinating interfaces and promoting strong health, safety and environmental practices

  • Coordinate closely with the client team, design consultants and early works contractors to manage interfaces, sequencing, site access, temporary services, laydown areas and readiness for main works mobilisation

  • Proactively identify risks and constraints related to ground conditions, contamination, utilities, access, weather and logistics, working with the wider team to resolve issues efficiently

  • Implement and monitor key project controls and governance processes during early works, partnering with the client to drive consistency, assurance and continuous improvement

  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure these are consistently applied and adhered to across all early works activities

  • Lead and attend key progress, safety and coordination meetings, actively collaborating on problem solving and clearly communicating impacts to programme, cost and downstream construction activities

  • Review proposed variations, change events and programme impacts associated with earthworks, enabling works and site establishment

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have CSA project management experience on hyperscale data centre projects, with demonstrable involvement in early works, enabling works or site mobilisation phases

  • Hold a degree or have comparable experience in project management, civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline

  • Are highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety, quality, programme and interface management

  • Are an excellent communicator, confident engaging with client teams, consultants and site-based contractors both verbally and in writing

  • Excel in a collaborative, fast-paced project environment and are comfortable managing multiple early works interfaces

  • Thrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose, transparency and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
