In questo ruolo ti occuperai di:

  • Gestire progetti di costruzione su larga scala per i clienti, assicurando che vengano completati nei tempi previsti, nel rispetto del budget e con elevati standard qualitativi
  • Monitorare le attività quotidiane in cantiere, gestendo il flusso delle informazioni, la reportistica e il monitoraggio delle problematiche relative ad avanzamento lavori, qualità e sicurezza
  • Supportare il completamento del piano di handover, garantendo che tutta la documentazione sia completata e che le aspettative del cliente siano soddisfatte nei tempi previsti e con elevati standard qualitativi
  • Essere un punto di riferimento visibile in cantiere, monitorando l’avanzamento dei lavori e garantendo l’applicazione di pratiche operative sicure
  • Coordinarsi con il team cliente, il team di consulenti e gli appaltatori nella gestione delle attività di completamento lavori (snagging), inclusi il programma delle attività e il coinvolgimento dei partner
  • Garantire l’implementazione dei processi di governance del progetto, della reportistica, della gestione dei rischi e del controllo delle modifiche in linea con gli standard PMO
  • Identificare proattivamente le problematiche e collaborare con il team per risolverle in modo efficace
  • Implementare e monitorare i principali processi di progetto, collaborando con il cliente per introdurre miglioramenti e revisioni
  • Implementare le procedure di progetto e garantire, attraverso ogni ragionevole sforzo, che tali procedure siano sempre rispettate
  • Guidare e partecipare a riunioni chiave per monitorare l’avanzamento, collaborare attivamente alla risoluzione dei problemi e comunicare gli impatti agli stakeholder
  • Analizzare le variazioni contrattuali proposte e i ritardi nell’esecuzione dei lavori

Saremo lieti di conoscerti se:

  • Hai esperienza nella gestione di progetti di costruzione su larga scala, in particolare nell’ambito di infrastrutture elettriche o progetti industriali
  • Hai comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti MEP, inclusi sottostazioni elettriche, infrastrutture di trasmissione o reti di servizi (utility)
  • Hai esperienza di lavoro all’interno di un modello di Project Management Office (PMO), garantendo una governance efficace, reportistica e processi di project controls
  • Possiedi una laurea, o un’esperienza equivalente, in Project Management, Ingegneria, Costruzioni o discipline correlate
  • Possiedi una certificazione professionale in Project Management o sei interessato/a a conseguirla. Possiamo supportarti in questo percorso
  • Sei preciso/a, orientato/a ai dettagli e focalizzato/a sulla qualità
  • Possiedi eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali
  • Sei efficace in un ambiente di team collaborativo e positivo
  • Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata 
  • Ti motiva costruire relazioni solide con il tuo team e con i clienti, lavorando verso un obiettivo condiviso in un ambiente aperto e stimolante

In this role you will: 

  • Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality 
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety 
  • Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality 
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices 
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement 
  • Ensure project governance, reporting, risk management and change control processes are implemented in line with PMO standards. 
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively 
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions 
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed   
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners 
  • Review proposed variations and delays in the works 

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Have project management experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure or construction projects 
  • Have proven experience managing MEP projects, including substations, transmission or utility infrastructure
  • Have experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) framework, ensuring effective governance, reporting and project controls
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline 
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
