Project Planning & Scheduling. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or TILOS. Establish baseline schedules incorporating engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), commissioning, and operational readiness phases. Define the critical path and key milestones to ensure project alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate their schedules into the overall master plan. Progress Monitoring & Reporting. Track project progress and analyze deviations from the planned schedule. Generate progress reports, look-aheads, and trend analysis for stakeholders. Provide earned value analysis (EVA) and assess project performance against schedule baselines. Conduct weekly and monthly project updates with stakeholders, identifying schedule risks and mitigation plans. Maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) for project execution. Resource & Risk Management. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation. Identify and assess potential schedule risks, including supply chain delays, permitting issues, weather disruptions, and workforce availability. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks impacting project delivery. Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely procurement and material deliveries. Interface Coordination & Stakeholder Communication. Act as the primary scheduling liaison between project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. Support the project team in decision-making by providing detailed time-impact analysis (TIA). Ensure alignment with project governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Commissioning & Operational Readiness. Develop detailed commissioning schedules, integrating power, cooling, and IT infrastructure validation activities. Align commissioning and integration phases with client go-live requirements. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and transition to service.

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/foreign equiv. + 12 mths exp in Position/Lead Project Scheduler.

Salary: $140,000.00/yr.
