We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to support our reception team. As a Reception Team Support member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and assisting visitors, clients, and staff. 


In this role, you will: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and visitor registration.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and handling mail.
  • Help manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations.
  • Follow security procedures and sign-in protocols for guests and deliveries.
  • Assist the reception team with event coordination and internal communications as needed.

 We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have 1+ years in a corporate front-of-house reception/administration role.
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • Are detail-oriented and quality-focused with experience working with Microsoft office suite
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
