In this role you will: 

  • Lead and manage market intelligence and research projects independently, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Collate market intelligence from credible sources relating to geographies, economies, trends, construction markets and multiple industry sectors. 
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, trends and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable reports. 
  • Support Head of Research in researching and writing market intelligence reports and bespoke reports for our key clients 
  • Actively monitor and share market intelligence on existing and emerging sectors and competitors  
  • Collaborate with global Linesight leaders to understand research needs 
  • Conduct client and market research for Linesight-led events such as symposia and roundtables  
  • Work with the Marketing team to identify the optimal ways of visualising and presenting data/information 
  • Drive continuous improvement in research methodologies, processes and tools. 
  • Mentor and support other members of the research marketing team  
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance research efficiency, data analysis and reporting. 

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have worked in a multi-faceted marketing role with increasing levels of responsibility 
  • Have experience working in a business-to-business sector, ideally from a construction background 
  • Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team 
  • Create practical solutions based on a strategic view 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities
  • Have a high standard of written English
