• Oversee site-wide health, safety and environmental compliance across all disciplines including civil, structural, architectural and MEP works
• Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, temporary works, steel erection, working at height, electrical installation and fit-out activities
• Implement and maintain project safety procedures aligned to company standards and statutory regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety walks identifying hazards and ensuring corrective actions are closed out
• Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans to ensure safe execution across all trades
• Support coordination between contractors to manage interface risks and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings promoting proactive hazard awareness across the workforce
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, identifying root causes and ensuring preventative measures are implemented
• Maintain safety documentation, reports and records in accordance with ISO standards and project requirements
• Act as a visible safety presence onsite, driving positive safety behaviours and accountability among all stakeholders
• Have demonstrable HSE supervision experience across both CSA and MEP construction activities
• Understand construction methodologies and associated risks within large-scale or mission-critical projects
• Are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and local regulatory requirements
• Can confidently engage contractors and operatives to influence safe behaviours on site
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and safety management systems
