In questo ruolo ti occuperai di:
- Sviluppare programmi di progetto completi, comprendenti l'intero ambito del progetto, le milestone e le tempistiche, utilizzando la metodologia del percorso critico (Critical Path Method - CPM)
- Definire con chiarezza responsabilità e ownership di tutti i risultati del progetto attraverso la metodologia Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Garantire che la pianificazione sia allineata al piano di esecuzione del progetto e, in particolare, alle strategie di appalto, procurement e project controls
- Definire un metodo strutturato per il baselining della pianificazione e gestirne gli aggiornamenti periodici
- Gestire il programma di progetto completamente integrato, strutturandolo in modo da consentire revisioni a diversi livelli di dettaglio
- Coordinare e negoziare tempistiche e interdipendenze tra i principali stakeholder per garantire il miglior risultato per il cliente
- Fornire aggiornamenti periodici sull'avanzamento della pianificazione attraverso analisi e reportistica di alto livello
- Facilitare sessioni di Interactive Planning e Pull Planning
- Partecipare ai workshop di analisi dei rischi e supportare il processo di Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
- Pianificare il carico delle risorse secondo le esigenze del team di progetto
- Preparare procedure e best practice in ambito scheduling
- Verificare i programmi sviluppati da soggetti esterni, assicurandone la conformità alle best practice di pianificazione
- Guidare il tuo team nel fornire risultati di eccellenza e valore per il cliente, promuovendo un ambiente orientato alle alte prestazioni, alla crescita professionale e alla leadership attraverso un efficace mentoring
Saremo lieti di conoscerti se:
- Hai esperienza dimostrabile nella Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) su progetti Life Sciences o Mission Critical (Data Centre)
- Sei preciso/a, organizzato/a e fortemente orientato/a alla qualità
- Hai una laurea, o un'esperienza equivalente, in Project Management, Ingegneria, Costruzioni o discipline affini
- Hai esperienza nell'utilizzo di Primavera P6
- Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
Tutti i colloqui si svolgeranno in presenza oppure da remoto tramite videoconferenza.
In this role you will:
- Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology
- Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology
- Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans
- Ensure there is a clear method in place for base-lining of schedules and manage periodic updates
- Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress through expert analysis and reporting
- Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions
- Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process
- Resource load schedules as required by the project team
- Preparation of scheduling best practices and procedures
- Review external schedules to ensure that they are compiled using scheduling best practices
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value by fostering an environment of top performance and growth through excellent mentorship and leadership
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on life sciences or mission critical projects
- Are detailed ordinated and quality focused
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction related discipline
- Have experience working with Primavera P6 software
