The opportunity

As Senior Content and Communications Lead at Linesight, you will work with experienced, globally dispersed teams who are committed to quality, clarity, and consistency. You will help shape how Linesight communicates across regions, sectors, and audiences. You will be central to strengthening the brand, elevating our voice, and ensuring that our content reflects our expertise and the needs of our clients.

 

Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee Linesight’s content and communications function. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, research team, and senior leaders across the business.

 

The role covers the development and delivery of high-quality content including research reports, insights, brochures and bid asset material for delivery across our corporate channels.


In this role you will: 

  • Own and evolve Linesight's global content and external communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, sector growth ambitions and brand positioning
  • Lead the development of thought leadership and core content, including research reports, market insights, sector narratives, case studies, brochures, bid assets and corporate collateral
  • Translate research, market intelligence and business priorities into compelling content programmes that strengthen market positioning and support business growth
  • Collaborate with regional and functional marketing teams to deliver channel-specific content across digital, social, campaign, media and internal channels
  • Lead external communications activity, including media materials, award submissions, speaking opportunities, industry publications and corporate announcements
  • Manage content production and planning, maintaining the global content calendar and coordinating delivery across brand, digital, internal communications and regional teams
  • Establish editorial standards, governance and best practices to ensure consistency of tone, messaging, quality and brand alignment across all geographies and content formats
  • Evaluate content performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and content operations through data, digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 8+ years' experience in content, editorial, communications or journalism roles, including experience operating in a global B2B environment
  • Have a proven track record of developing and delivering thought leadership programmes that support brand reputation and business growth
  • Have experience managing external communications, media relations or corporate communications activities.
  • Hold a relevant third level qualification in communications, journalism, marketing‑ or business
  • Are skilled at translating complex technical or industry subject matter into clear, compelling content for executive and professional audiences
  • Are skilled in editorial planning, content strategy, copywriting, and messaging development
  • Have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing contributors across multiple regions and functions Are organised, calm under pressure and able to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, with a high level of proficiency in English.
