The opportunity

As Senior Content and Communications Manager at Linesight, you will work with experienced, globally dispersed teams who are committed to quality, clarity, and consistency. You will help shape how Linesight communicates across regions, sectors, and audiences. You will be central to strengthening the brand, elevating our voice, and ensuring that our content reflects our expertise and the needs of our clients.

 

Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee Linesight’s content and communications function. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, research team, and senior leaders across the business.

 

The role covers the development and delivery of high-quality content including research reports, insights, brochures and bid asset material for delivery across our corporate channels.


In this role you will: 

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, research teams, and regional/functional marketing leads, you will manage development of core content, including research reports, market insights, sector narratives, case studies, brochures, bid assets and corporate collateral.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on the creation of channel‑specific content for the website, social platforms, campaigns, trade publications, and internal channels, ensuring each piece is aligned with the broader content strategy.
  • Manage production of content collaborating closely with graphics, bidding, employer brand, digital, internal comms, and regional marketing leads.
  • Maintain the global content calendar, ensuring all regional contributions and deliverables align with corporate priorities and major programmes of work,
  • Guide the structure, tone, and messaging of content to ensure consistency across all geographies and formats, in line with the Linesight brand.
  • Review the performance of content across all channels, using data and qualitative feedback to refine approach and recommend improvements.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience in a similar content, editorial or communications role in a B2B environment.
  • Hold a relevant third level qualification in communications, journalism, marketing‑ or business.
  • Can demonstrate a strong track record in developing complex, but compelling and digestible content for professional audiences.
  • Are skilled in editorial planning, content strategy, copywriting, and messaging development.
  • Can work across multiple stakeholders and regions with clarity, confidence, and sound judgement.
  • Have experience in managing/interpreting content performance metrics and applying insights to improve outcomes.
  • Are organised, calm under pressure and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, with a high level of proficiency in English.
