Prepare, review, and assemble contract documentation in line with consultancy best practices, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and alignment with client governance requirements.
Oversee post‑contract administration as the client’s trusted advisor, including claims review, risk assessments, contractual interpretation, and management of variations and change orders.
Work closely with project management, cost management, and technical teams to integrate contract strategies with project delivery requirements.
Support the commercial team in preparing recommendations and guide the client through contract award decisions, ensuring they are commercially robust and aligned to project objectives.
We would love to hear from you if you:

Possess strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex legal and commercial agreements.
Have experience using Ariba or similar tender management/e‑procurement platforms for structured tendering processes.
Are familiar with local and international standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, NEC) and understand how they apply within a consultancy‑led approach.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and judgement, particularly when representing client interests.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, with an ability to produce high‑quality contractual documentation and reports.
Work with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
