In this role you will: 

  • Manage employee issues in a timely and sensitive manner exercising sound judgment and discretion. Partnering with the HR Business Partners and legal team as appropriate.   
  • Develop a framework for tracking employee's issues and cases, examining trends and putting initiatives in place to address.  
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation, coaching and performance, leaves of absence, development plans, and wellness initiatives. 
  • Conduct investigations as needed by the company to ensure fairness and equity in all our people processes and initiatives and drive the implementation of recommendations from these investigations 
  • Be a culture champion, and leader and review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with employment laws, and company policies and procedures.  
  • Have a deep understanding of employment laws and ensure knowledge across the organization.    
  • Compile insights and observations at regular intervals to identify improvement areas in people processes and propose solutions for addressing them including adjustments to our policies.  
  • Drive our BeWell (wellness) program e.g. implement wellness initiatives, organise periodic events, collaborate with mental health first responders, and wellness champions, manage the program's successful execution. 
  • Manage probation process for Europe, run new employee onboarding sessions for Europe (monthly) and Americas (quarterly), and conduct exit interviews for Europe.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Relevant experience in a senior HR Business Partner/ Employee Relations Partner role.  
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law and experience working in an international environment 
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and an ability to solve problems before they escalate. 
  • Experience in using data to provide business insights  
  • Coaching leaders and enhancing their skills in managing and developing their people. 
  • Ability to create strong, collaborative relationships at every level and influence positive outcomes. 
  • Detail oriented and highly organised.
