The opportunity

As a Senior Program Manager, Digital Transformation, you will lead the delivery of complex, crossfunctional digital and transformation initiatives in partnership with our IPS and Linesight teams. You will work with highly experienced, collaborative, and diverse professionals to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution, ensuring programs are delivered with clarity, rigor, and measurable impact.

In this role, you will act as a trusted execution lead, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and maintaining strong governance across multiple workstreams. You will be empowered to take real ownership of delivery outcomes, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of how we execute and scale digital initiatives across the business.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned with B-Dx strategy, standards, and delivery capacity; escalate risks and trade-offs with clear, actionable recommendations as needed.
  • Work in lockstep with B-Dx leadership to apply design thinking to business needs, translating ideas into low-fidelity prototypes to validate technical feasibility before committing development resources.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IPS-specific digital products, from initial concept and ROI assessment through development, rollout, and post-launch iteration to ensure long-term business value.
  • Convert IPS objectives into structured program plans, epics, and workstreams that integrate seamlessly with the B-Dx master roadmap, diving into project details to ensure no independent silos are created.
  • Maintain consistent governance, communication cadence, and stakeholder alignment across the business and B-Dx throughout the entire program execution.
  • Define testing approaches, environments, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with end users and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, defect triage, and deployment readiness assessment.
  • Drive strong business stakeholder participation in testing to ensure solutions meet operational needs and are ready for adoption.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 8 years of experience in Program Management or Digital Product Development, with a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Have high technical fluency in Azure-native environments, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps), Atlassian tools (Jira), and DevOps methodologies to evaluate feasibility and translate business needs into technical prototypes.
  • Have a strategic do-er mindset with the ability to navigate high-level stakeholder requests while remaining 100% hands-on with project details, planning, and execution.
  • Are an expert in technical execution and delivery, specifically leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and hands-on test plan development.
  • Have a professional and direct communication style, capable of bridging the gap between senior leadership and technical teams without relying on corporate jargon.
  • Have a high organizational autonomy to manage the B-Dx-IPS alignment from the ground up, ensuring all initiatives follow centralized standards without creating silos.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
