Senior Project Manager, Integration (Machine Learning)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex integration and transformation projects across Machine Learning
- Manage full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and production readiness.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders through regular updates, risk tracking, and issue escalation management.
- Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on turn-up processes, configuration, and downstream impacts (e.g. commissioning, deployment, rack integration).
- Oversee deployment of ML hardware accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs) and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define, document, and optimise operational workflows and process improvements.
- Support on-site execution during critical project phases, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and operational handover.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process storyboards, deployment milestones, and commissioning plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution across all phases.

- Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline
- Have experience in Machine Learning systems architecture, preferably in large-scale or mission-critical environments.
- Understand ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application in infrastructure automation.
- Possess strong knowledge of data center operations and how ML can enhance efficiency and resilience.
