In this role you will:

  • Lead risk management processes, ensuring project risks are identified, assessed, tracked and managed effectively.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and meetings with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to agree realistic risk assessments and mitigation actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and risk profiles, ensuring risks are accurately evaluated in terms of cost and schedule impact.
  • Conduct quantitative risk analysis (QRA) and develop stress-test scenarios to assess potential impacts on project cost and schedule.
  • Monitor project contingency budgets against actual expenditure, reporting on risk exposure and contingency requirements.
  • Prepare risk reports for monthly project reviews, escalating risks that exceed agreed thresholds and communicating findings to key stakeholders.
  • Support the integration of risk management processes into wider project, programme and portfolio governance.
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to project teams, promoting consistent processes and effective risk mitigation.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, with a strong background in Risk Management.

  • Are confident facilitating stakeholder workshops, challenging assumptions and communicating risks effectively.
  • Are detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Have the flexibility to travel as required for project and client engagements.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
