In this role you will:

 

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support digital transformation project initiatives
  • Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business operations and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Technical Program Manager to deliver assigned digital transformation projects
  • Design, configure and optimize solutions using platforms such as Quickbase, Power BI, Power Apps and related tools
  • Support the development, testing, and maintenance of automation and data processing scripts in Python, SQL, or similar languages (C#/.NET a plus) for reporting, analytics, and system integration 
  • Partner with Product Lead to create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Support digital literacy initiatives to help raise technical proficiency across the organization. 
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and business improvements
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance business operations

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Have a 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to develop, test and maintain scripts
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or data visualization tools
  • Are detailed ordinated and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
