Supporting IPS, Springtide & Linesight

We are seeking an experienced and driven Early Careers Talent Acquision Partner to lead early careers hiring initiatives across the EMEA region for IPS, Springtide, and Linesight. This role will be a full-time position responsible for developing and delivering recruitment strategies for graduate, internship, placement, and apprentice hiring programmes, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire diverse, high-potential talent to support the continued growth of our businesses.


The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, universities, and external organisations to build a strong early careers talent pipeline and enhance our employer brand across the region.


Early Careers Recruitment Strategy


• Lead the end-to-end early careers recruitment process across EMEA for IPS, Springtide, and Linesight.
• Develop and execute annual recruitment strategies for graduate, internship, placement, and apprenticeship programmes.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning needs and forecast future early careers hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.

 

Candidate Attraction & Engagement
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, technical institutions, and student organisations across the EMEA region.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse early careers talent.
• Promote the employer brands through campus engagement, social media, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for IPS, Springtide, and Linesight within the early careers market.

 

Campus & Early Careers Events
• Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs, university presentations, assessment centres, networking events, and information sessions.
• Manage the logistics and delivery of recruitment campaigns and attraction events across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
• Build partnerships that strengthen the organisation's presence and reputation among students and graduates.

 

Selection & Hiring
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate assessment processes and selection activities for early careers programmes.
• Track recruitment performance metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.

 

Systems, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Utilise recruitment data and analytics to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across EMEA to ensure consistent processes and compliance with local regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders on early careers recruitment best practices.

 

Requirements


Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Early Careers, Campus Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment, or Internship Programme recruitment.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience planning and delivering campus and recruitment events.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Oracle experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.

 

Preferred
• Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, life sciences, data centre, or professional services environments.
• Experience supporting multi-country recruitment programmes.
• Knowledge of diversity attraction and early careers development programmes.
