Christina Matthews and Alice Cox recognised at the 10th Anniversary iMasons Awards

Linesight’s Christina Matthews and Alice Cox have been recognised by iMWomen as part of the Impact Moments celebration at the 10th Anniversary iMasons Awards.

Both are graduates of the Women in Leadership Development (WiLD) programme. Their recognition highlights how they have applied their learning within their teams and supported the advancement of women into leadership roles across the industry.

Through their commitment to leadership, mentorship and professional growth, Christina and Alice continue to support inclusive workplaces and future talent while delivering complex programmes at Linesight.

Reflecting on the recognition, Christina Matthews said: “The WiLD programme has reinforced the value of investing in our own development and supporting others as they progress. It is a privilege to be recognised alongside Alice and to contribute to an industry where more women have the opportunity to lead.”

Alice Cox added: “For me, leadership is about creating an environment where people feel supported, can build confidence and have opportunities to grow. This recognition is an encouraging reminder of the impact we can make through mentorship and the everyday actions we take within our teams.”

Their recognition also reflects the value of turning professional development into practical action, sharing knowledge, encouraging colleagues and creating opportunities for others to take the next step in their careers.

Congratulations to Christina and Alice on this recognition and their continued contribution to Linesight and the wider industry.
