Linesight announces appointments to senior management team

Linesight is pleased to announce six appointments to the senior management team in Europe and APAC. Paul Brady, Kim Hegarty, Wesley Jesson and Michael McCabe have been appointed as Directors of Linesight Ireland, Andrew Callaghan has been appointed a Director of Linesight UK, and Michael Murphy has been appointed a Director of Linesight Singapore.  

Speaking about the announcement, Group CEO, Gerard Campbell said, 

“Our six Director appointments are reflective of Linesight’s continued strong growth, our expansion plans and our ongoing commitment to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. We continue to attract and nurture some of the industry’s best talent, and the fact that the majority of our new Directors started in Linesight in a junior role before working their way up to this level of management is testament to the success and efficacy of our Learning and Development programs. Paul Brady

Paul Brady – Director, Cost Management

Paul joined Linesight in 2002 and has amassed 18 years’ experience between our Dublin and London offices, working across a broad range of sectors. He has delivered a number of significant projects, which include the London and Dublin HQ of one of our global financial services clients, as well as RCSI 26 York Street University Building in Dublin, which has won numerous accolades, and more recently has adapted to the Residential sector growth by supporting the completion of almost 1,000 units. 

Andrew Callaghan

Andrew Callaghan – Director, Cost Management

Initially joining Linesight in 2002, Andrew has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry. In recent years, he has been concentrating primarily on both office refurbishments and a range of hospitality projects. Some of the well-known projects that Andrew has worked on across Ireland, UK and Europe include the McDonagh Junction Kilkenny, Pearse Street Magennis Place Dublin, Strand Palace Hotel in London, the Holiday Inn Express portfolio UK, and a global banking organization office portfolio in EMEA. 

Kim Hegarty

Kim Hegarty – Director, Cost Management

Kim has been working with Linesight for a number of years and became an Associate Director in 2014. She is currently leading a team working on some high-profile commercial developments, such as the Shelbourne Road office redevelopment, Newmarket and Hanover Quay. This is in addition to residential projects, such as student accommodation in Ballymun, where she previously led a significant residential regeneration project. Other notable commercial projects that she has worked on include Velasco and the Arthur Cox fit-out. 

Wesley Jesson

Wesley Jesson – Director, Cost Management

Wesley joined Linesight in 2013, bringing with him significant experience working on large-scale construction projects in both the Middle East and Europe. In the last six years, he has been fundamental to the growth of Linesight’s infrastructure department, while also having a significant focus on student accommodation and commercial office projects in Ireland, where he provides key cost advice and guidance to both public and private sector clients and developers. 

Michael McCabe

Michael McCabe – Director, Project Controls and Cost Management

Having joined Linesight in 2004, Michael has experience in multiple sectors, including Commercial, Residential and Education. However, his focus has been on the Life Sciences sector for the last number of years, and he has been leading the Linesight Project Controls teams on some major developments, based on-site with key clients. Michael is currently working on a number of high-profile pharma and biomanufacturing facilities in Ireland and Europe. 

Michael Murphy LR

Michael Murphy – Director, Cost Management

Michael has over 13 years’ experience, covering a broad range of sectors including Data
Centers, Commercial, Life Sciences, Residential, Biotech and Industrial. He joined Linesight initially in 2006, and has worked in the US, Europe and APAC. Having worked on various projects around the globe, some of Michael’s work of note includes multiple data centers in the US and Singapore, a prominent manufacturing and commercial facility in Singapore for a major multinational client, and most recently, the largest single-building data center in the world for a social media and social networking client.
