Linesight is pleased to announce the senior appointment of Sam Teo as Project Controls Lead, Advanced Facilities for Southeast Asia, focusing on Life Sciences and High-Tech portfolios.
Sam is a seasoned project controls and cost management professional with more than 30 years of experience leading complex, large-scale investment projects across APAC region. His expertise spans pharmaceutical, biotech, R&D, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, and mission-critical facilities.
Sam has built deep and practical expertise in project controls within the life sciences sector, supporting a wide range of capital investment project across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, R&D, and manufacturing facilities throughout the APAC region for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Sam’s roles have spanned the full project lifecycle, from early stage estimating and planning through to execution monitoring and closeout, in both hands-on and leadership capacities, across highly complex and compliance critical project environments.
The newly appointed position will see Sam developing and implementing robust project control strategies tailored to the unique requirements of clients’ projects. His leadership will play a key role in Linesight’s continued commitment to delivering high-performance outcomes for our clients, particularly in the Life Sciences and high-tech sectors.
