Linesight celebrates global graduation of Project Controls Pathway cohort

Linesight is proud to celebrate the graduation of the latest cohort from its global Project Controls Pathway Programme. This professional development initiative spans multiple regions, including Europe, the Americas, and APAC, and deliver consistent, high-quality training to experienced and emerging talent across the business.

Over the past ten months, participants engaged in monthly learning sessions led by 20/20 Project Management, topic-specific training with Linesight subject matter experts, and quarterly in-person workshops hosted across regional hubs. Despite geographic variances, every participant receives the same rigorous internal curriculum, ensuring a unified standard of excellence in project controls, scheduling, planning, project management, and cost control.

The programme offers participants the unique opportunity to enhance and supplement their existing expertise, with a skill set that is increasingly valuable in the current landscape – with project complexity, funding challenges, tight schedules and market volatility at play. More so than ever, the focus is on delivering mission critical developments on time and on budget, with speed to market and optimum value fundamental to a project’s success.

Our most recent graduates have demonstrated exceptional growth and commitment, contributing to some of Linesight’s most complex and high-impact projects while completing the programme.

Since its launch in September 2023, this Linesight-developed programme has supported over 42 of our team members across Europe, the Americas and APAC. Upon completion, participants achieve an Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) accreditation, an industry-recognised endorsement of their technical capabilities and professional development.

Robert Farrell, Director, Europe - Project Controls at Linesight and founder of the programme, shared:

“We designed the Project Controls Pathway to be a globally consistent experience - whether you're in Dublin, Dallas or Tokyo, the training, mentorship, and expectations are the same. It’s about building a shared foundation of excellence, and this cohort has truly embodied that vision. Their growth is a testament to the power of structured learning, and a culture that values collaboration and curiosity.”

Linesight’s Ellis Styles, Aarron McGinn, and Dale Holmes are currently progressing through this advanced pathway, a self-driven, two-year diploma programme designed to deliver degree-level expertise.
